Is there any contract or long-term commitment for wash and fold laundry?
None whatsoever. And you can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
Do I need to sort clothes into different colors?
You do not need to separate your clothing. If you’d prefer it, feel free to bring them separated by like colors and we will Wash them according to any of your special instructions.
Are there any clothes you cannot clean with your Wash and fold service?
Yes some garments that have glued on decorations or excessive beading are not recommended for this service.
Is it worth my time to pay less and do the laundry myself?
Most people are looking to save time on their chores. We all value our time so why waste it on doing the laundry? Leave it to the professionals at Smiley Laundromat.
What should I do if I have an item with a stain?
We can help. Just point it out, and we’ll pre-treat the item before it’s washed.
What happens if an item is missing?
If something goes missing, please contact our team member or your delivery driver. We’ll take a closer look and make it right.
How should the clothes be packaged for delivery?
Either disposable bags or your laundry baskets can be used. We will wrap neatly and return your items in clear thick vacuumed sealed bags.
